David Sewall
Realtor & Founder

While serving in the United States Air Force for several years, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Upon relocating to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1991, I began my Real Estate career and discovered the joy of finding my clients the perfect home for their families, both for residential resale as well as representing custom builders on the West Mesa of Albuquerque.

My family and I moved to Irvine, California in 1999, and I became familiar with Southern California, selling homes in several counties, focused strongly in Orange County, CA., where I live.

After owning and growing both my Real Estate and Mortgage companies in Newport Beach, and experiencing the hardships of the 2007 “great recession” I represented an investment firm for several years who found properties to purchase and resell.

I have owned and managed a Real Estate company, mortgage company and an escrow company over the past decades in Real Estate. My clients benefit from this breadth of experience and I am able to bring unique perspective to being able to solve many issues that arise during the sale and purchase of property because I know the inner workings of each of these important arms of the transaction, not just the Real Estate side. I can help craft careful strategies throughout our transaction which will safeguard you from many of the potential pitfalls of a Real Estate transaction and protect your homes value.

I have found there is an even greater joy in helping others to succeed and realize their dreams.  Over the years I have helped several people in good and bad times, representing buyers and sellers in many market conditions. I have also been through good and hard times. Through it all, I have found my greatest joy in being able to help my clients overcome the challenges they faced in achieving their goals.

It is important to me that I represent you as a fiduciary, something that gets lost in this business sometimes. I work for YOU!

Fiduciary: “A legal obligation of one party to act in the best interest of another. The obligated party is typically a fiduciary, that is, someone entrusted with the care of money or property.”

I will work to achieve the greatest value for you whether you are buying or selling a home.  Your interest will be above all as I preserve client confidentiality in negotiations on your behalf.

I hope that you will entrust me and the 28 years of experience that I will put to use for you to achieve whatever your needs are today in Real Estate.

I look forward to serving you!
